“Be My Valentine” Coconut Rough Chocolates …
- 200g dairy milk cooking chocolate
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- Melt chocolate either by placing it in a heatproof bowl that fits snuggly in a saucepan filled with boiling water or by short bursts in the microwave.
- Once melted, stir in coconut.
- Spoon mixture into silicon mould … approximately 1 ½ desert spoons of chocolate mixture.
- Refrigerate until firm, approximately 20 – 30 minutes.
- Remove from silicon mould and keep refrigerated until serving.
