Easy Peasy Two Ingredient Pizza Dough …
Author:

Ingredients …
  • 1 ¼ cups self-raising flour (plus additional ¼ cup)
  • 1 cup Greek Yoghurt (I use Jalna)
Method …
  1. Add self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt to a mixing bowl and combine with a large spoon to create a ball of dough.
  2. Turn dough onto a floured surface using the additional ¼ cup (or more if needed) of self-raising flour and knead for approximately 5 minutes until elastic.
  3. Place dough onto a lightly-greased round pizza tray and gently press down working the dough to the edges of the tray until it’s fully covered. The dough should be reasonably thin. You can also use a rolling pin but why dirty another item if you don’t need to. Rub some flour onto your fingers and hands to prevent the dough from sticking.
  4. Cover base with tomato paste or similar, add desired toppings and sprinkle lightly with cheese.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until dough is browned and crispy and cheese has melted. Remove pizza tray from oven and allow pizza to cool for approximately 5 minutes. Remove pizza from tray, slice and serve.
