Chocolate Bliss Balls …
- 300g fresh Dates (approx. 18 dates, pitted)
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao
- 1⅓ cup almond meal
- 2 ½ tablespoons honey
- ¾ cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Extra Desiccated Coconut for rolling and coating
- Measure all ingredients and place together in a food processor.
- Blend until well combined and the mixture forms a big ball inside the food processor.
- Roll into 28 – 30 balls (depending on the size).
- Gently toss in the desiccated coconut and refrigerate until firm.
