Add plain flour, baking powder and salt and mix until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop heaped teaspoons of cookie dough onto cookie trays that have been lined with baking paper. Use your fingers to shape the dough into a rough ball shape and flatten slightly with your fingertips. Place cookies approximately 3 cm apart.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool for a minute or two before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. These cookies are suitable to freeze.
