Place chopped Mars Bars and butter in a heat-proof bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to combine and then melt in the microwave for a further 20 – 30 seconds. Stir to combine.
Add Rice Bubbles and stir though gently until all are coated with the chocolate mixture.
Allow mixture to cool for approximately 10 minutes. Form balls using a heaped teaspoonful of mixture. Squeeze the mixture together firmly in the palm of your hand and then use your fingers to form the ball shape.
Place balls in small wrappers, shake over with sprinkles and refrigerate until needed.
