White Chocolate Tim Tam Balls …

Serves: 40 – 45
- 2 x packets White Tim Tams (330 g)
- 1 ½ cups desiccated coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (400 g)
- Desiccated coconut, extra for rolling
- Break up biscuits roughly, place in food processor and blend until they resemble course biscuit crumbs.
- Add desiccated coconut and blend until combined.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and process until ingredients are combined.
- Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes to allow mixture to firm up.
- Remove from fridge and roll mixture into small balls. Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut.
- These are best refrigerated and served the next day as it gives them a change to firm up.
