Preheat oven to 190C and grease 12-hole muffin tray.
Sift the flour into a bowl and stir in the caster sugar.
Make a well in the centre.
Put the milk, egg and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk and pour into the well.
Add the butter, banana and choc chips. Fold until combined, the batter should be lumpy.
Divide mixture among the muffin holes and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool in the muffin tray for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
