We love Indian food in our house and this would be one of our favourite dishes. I love Butter Chicken because it’s so smooth and creamy and this version is very mild … loads of flavour without the spice … so it’s perfect for kids. I baked a batch of these just after lunch today so the kids could come home from school and uni to a yummy afternoon tea that would keep them going until dinner. Almond and Fig Balls …

I’ve already shared a number of different recipes for Bliss Balls and here is yet another variety to add to your collection. I haven’t experimented with, or tried, Figs in the past so I was really keen to create a recipe that used them. For this recipe I used dried figs, purchased at Woolworths, and the result was a beautiful, sweet snack that everyone enjoyed.
