These are guaranteed to be a hit … Crispy Mars Bar Balls! You only need 4 ingredients and there’s no baking required. I made these today to take to my niece’s Birthday party and it was hard work getting my kids not to eat them before we left. Maybe next time I should make a double batch!
Crispy Mars Bar Balls …

Serves: 15 balls
Ingredients …
- 2 x Mars Bars (53g), roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ¾ cups Rice Bubbles
- Sprinkles
Method …
- Place chopped Mars Bars and butter in a heat-proof bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to combine and then melt in the microwave for a further 20 – 30 seconds. Stir to combine.
- Add Rice Bubbles and stir though gently until all are coated with the chocolate mixture.
- Allow mixture to cool for approximately 10 minutes. Form balls using a heaped teaspoonful of mixture. Squeeze the mixture together firmly in the palm of your hand and then use your fingers to form the ball shape.
- Place balls in small wrappers, shake over with sprinkles and refrigerate until needed.
