Clever Tricks, Tips and Hints ….

To line the loaf tins for this recipe, I simply spray the entire inside of the tin lightly with cooking spray and then lay a strip of baking paper through the middle section of the tin only and up both sides. Trim the excess baking paper but leave 1 – 2 cm overhanging on both sides. It’s easier than trying to line all 4 sides and the Apple Banana Bread can still be removed easily by grabbing the overhang of the baking paper and lifting it out of the tin and onto the cooling rack.
